3 Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Flat Cables

Our 3 Core PVC Insulated & Sheathed Flat Cables have no comparison due to their unorthodox design and robust construction. The cables are designed with a tubular structure that ideally houses the insulated cores. It also has a suitable wall between the cores, which does not let these two cores come into any sort of contact with each other, thus providing mechanical and electrical strength. The overall design is far superior to the conventional Submersible Flat Cables and possesses unbeatable strength.

Higher Mechanical and Electrical Strength: The insulation of the cores keeps them well apart from one another, thus removing any kind of contact. The system does not pose any danger from short circuits, and thus the life of the cabling system is improved.

Tough Knurling: The outer surface is properly knurled which makes the cables tough. Through knurling, kicks provide higher resistance from abrasion during installation and handling.

Water and Weather Resistant: Specially designed sheath to make cables resistant to tough outdoor conditions, making them ideal for various environments, including use with water.

XLPE Silicon 3 Core Submersible Flat Cable

When the conditions in which the cable operates are much harsher and, therefore, require higher toughness, the XLPE Silicon 3 Core Submersible Flat Cables is the cable for you to use. The XLPE Silicon 3 Core Submersible Flat Cables have the same salient features and design-build specifications as our PVC 3 Core Submersible flat cable, but with the XLPE insulation giving better thermal resistance and very high durability.

High-Temperature Resistance: These cables have the potential to work in all high-temperature circumstances with their maximum recommended operating temperature of 90°C.

Voltage Handling: The voltage handling rate for this cable is tested at 3 kV for 5 minutes and can handle up to 1100V.

Sheathed Grey, Knurled Both Sides for Mechanical Durability, and Abrasion Resistant.

XLPE Silicon 3 Core Submersible Flat Cables

Mainly used in pump connections, just like our PVC cables, but are also good for many industrial applications where it is very difficult.
